History Unfolded

How we started

During his tenure at an ERP firm, Vivian witnessed the industry’s state of reactivity and high stress, which led him to ponder the possibility of a more proactive approach to customer problem resolution. This contemplation, coupled with his discovery of Microsoft Power Apps and their array of alternative solutions, inspired the inception of Master Dynamics. The addition of a project management division to the business was motivated by a client’s ambitious overhaul of their educational system.

Vivian’s ability to effectively communicate with both the client and the developers, bridging the gap with his comprehensive understanding of their requirements and terminology, proved invaluable. Recognizing the significant benefits his intermediary role brought, the custom development firm requested his expanded involvement.

The process we follow with our clients:

Automation: We start by meeting with the client to understand the challenges they’re facing. We listen to how their business processes are affected, propose potential solutions, and outline the necessary steps in a process flow diagram. After receiving client feedback and approval, we proceed with the solution’s development, followed by training and ongoing support.

Project Management: We begin by engaging with both the development team and the client to understand the project scope and requirements. If necessary, we offer support in refining these requirements and creating process diagrams. We coordinate regular meetings with the developers and the client to ensure alignment and track progress. Additionally, we are available to assist with any questions or problems that arise and can help manage kanban board tasks. Our role encompasses all aspects of project management as needed.
